I sent EUR 300.00 by bank wire transfer, and after you received it and charged the commission, there is EUR 10.00 missing. Why?
Banks (either sending, receiving, or intermediary) charge wire fees. We take our fee from the amount that is actually received, less bank
fees. So if you send EUR 300.00, we may actually receive NET $290 (give or take Eur 5.00). We then take our fee from the final amount, clear of
any bank fees. If you are sending a small amount, you might consider using Western Union or MoneyGram to avoid bank wire sending,
intermediary, or receiving fees.

Can I provide my mobile or business phone number in the verification form?

There’s a maximum amount you can buy/sell/exchange with us without prior notice.
This is the amount that will be processed on a regular basis, within our regular processing time. Currently it’s EUR/USD 500000.00.

What is an account title (name)?
An account title (name) is a word or phrase associated with your digital currency account number. It would be your name or any other word that you specified when created your account. While funding your account, we use your account title for extra security, just to make sure we are funding the right account. Please provide it when filling out an order form. If we do not receive your account title, we will have to contact you for it additionally before completing your order.

How long does the order processing take?
Our official processing time is 1-24 hours (or 1 business days). However, most of our orders are processed within 1-12 hours. Please note: some digital currencies have implemented special exchange policies, which extend the order processing time dramatically. For instance, some payment processors verify all transactions prior to crediting funds to an exchanger's account. Generally, the order processing time depends on basic policies of digital currencies involved. For example, Liberty Reserve is the most liquid currency, and therefore takes the least time to exchange. EuroGoldCash is less popular, but makes it as easy to replenish as possible. On the other hand, StrictPay freezes transferred funds for 24-72 hours, which makes us hold this time in order to protect ourselves from losing money.

Why are your fees so high for some digital currencies?
Yes, some of our fees are unreasonably high. And there is a reason for that. From 20/06/2009 StrictPay launched new exchange policy, which caused our fee raise. 10% out of every transaction goes to StrictPay reserve fund, and 2% is deducted as their transaction fee. We consider it a high risk payment system, and take this risk into account while setting up our fees.
How does verification work?
Verification is needed for buy orders only. You don't need to be verified in order to sell or exchange e-currency. Please select "Verification" in the main menu, fill out verification form, and you will be contacted by our representative within next few days. Please provide clear and easily readable copies of your documents. We accept JPG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, and PNG format only. After you are verified, please feel free to fill out buy order. You need to be verified only once. We might ask you for additional documents if necessary.
How much is the Western Union fee?
Western Union fees are based on a number of factors (i.e. amount, country of destination, fluctuations of USD), this makes it nearly impossible to predict and account an actual price. In fact, WU does not even have a fee schedule to give to its own customers. Based on our experience, sometimes WU money transfer “in minutes” is even cheaper than “in 2 business days.” That is why we do not include WU fees in the calculation of the final amount received by you. While transferring the money to you, we will always act in your best interest and facilitate the fastest and cheapest route possible. Photo ID is your identification document with your name, permanent residence address, and photo. It can be your passport, driver’s license, or other type of document containing all the data listed above. The document should be currently valid (not expired or revoked!!!).
